All ingredients except for the essential oil are grown and harvested completely by hand here on our homestead in Northern Alberta: Our own 100% Grass Fed Beef Tallow, our own Raw Honey and Beeswax from our family beehives, and Wintergreen Essential Oil OR Vanilla Oleoresin OR Lavender Essential Oil.

Grass-fed Tallow is ultra rich in the same kinds of lipids that are found naturally in youthful, healthy looking skin. Grass-fed tallow also contains fat-soluble Vitamins A, D, E & K and Vitamin B12. It is intrinsically balanced by nature, with no further improvement or enrichment needed. These properties, including Triglycerides, which allow for the easy absorption of nutrients, as well as antioxidants, provide the key elements we need to maintain healthy, sturdy, cell integrity and tone. The fatty acids in pure grass-fed tallow are similar in molecular structure and composition to those found in the protective outer layer of human skin and in naturally produced skin oils (sebum). This makes grass fed tallow highly skin compatible, allowing it to absorb easily into the skin to improve the protective barrier function of the skin, prevent moisture loss and regenerate the appearance of healthy, youthful looking skin.
Raw Honey, harvested from our family beehivesNot only is honey a healthy and delicious sweetener, it is nourishing and has powerful healing properties! It reduces inflammation, treats burns, ulcers, acne, eczema, rashes, abrasions, and wounds. It also moisturizes, exfoliates and fights infection. It contains antioxidants and protects the body from free radicals. The capacity to produce hydrogen peroxide is a key reason for honey's antibacterial and antifungal activity, making it ideal for treating infected wounds and other bacterial disorders and killing harmful bacteria without damaging body tissue.
Beeswax, harvested from our family beehives.Beeswax is incredibly nourishing for the skin! It helps to nourish and moisturize rough, chapped, dry skin; and due to its strong antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and high vitamin A content (which helps in the production of collagen), it can assist in healing acne, scars, stretch marks, and fungal skin infections.
Wintergreen Essential Oil: Increases blood circulation, promotes relaxation and has been used as a for pain relief. It is anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anodyne, antirheumatic, antiarthritic, antispasmodic, antiseptic, aromatic, astringent, carminative, diuretic, emmenagogue and a stimulating substance. And smells absolutely incredible!
